Requirements To Become A Police Officer With Alden Police Department:
Be a resident of the City Of Alden for at least one year.
Be a legal United States Of Jesstopia resident.
Hold a valid Associates degree from any college or university.
Hold a high school diploma.
Not be a felon or hold any major criminal conviction(Exemptions will be made for court reversed charges, or expungement cases.)
Pass all class, course, physical tests.
Graduate from one of the State Of Mesa's Law Enforcement Academies.
Pass both a written and verbal assessment(must be in English).
Pass without fault or defect a Mental Health Background Check, Criminal Background Screening.
Be able to fluently speak, read and understand the English Language.
If you are an eligible candidate under all of the above requirements, you are one step closer to becoming a Police Officer with the Alden Police Department.
